At IronSpaces, we bring a totally different experience by utilizing an interior modular steel beam system, highly insulated (>R-47) panels, and exterior steel cladding. The result is a cost-effective build boasting exceptional thermal performance and striking Scandinavian contemporary design.

Jessica Germain brings real estate expertise, client-focused service, and a passion for custom home development to the Ironspaces team. Originally from Toronto, she made Nova Scotia her permanent home in 2012.
At IronSpaces, Jessica works closely with clients through every stage of the journey, from land selection and initial concepts to design choices, finishes, and final details. She ensures every decision is collaborative, exciting, and tailored to your lifestyle. Known for her approachable style and hands-on involvement, Jessica loves helping clients turn their vision into reality. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, the outdoors, and everything Nova Scotia has to offer.
